Regeneration Masterplan
It is acknowledged that the bridge should not be a stand alone feature but that instead it would unlock an ambitious regeneration scheme in Poole.
The dawn of a new urban renaissance was envisaged that would provide a comprehensive scheme and benefit all. In 2001 the Illustrative Masterplan was devised showing what community benefits could be realistically achieved for Poole.
