Infrastructure Development Plan Issues and Options Consultation
Purpose
The Community Infrastructure Levy was identified in the Government’s Planning Bill in November 2007 and is intended to ensure that the costs incurred in providing the community infrastructure required to support development can be met. The Levy is intended to replace existing arrangements that allow the Borough of Poole to secure funding from new development towards play spaces, parks, affordable housing, schools, transport and other infrastructure.
Consultation
The consultation period ran from the 10th April to 22nd May.
