Poole Adult Learning - 3 Year Development Plan 2003-2006
Purpose
The 3 year plan has been developed as a strategic document which underpins a 3 year funding agreement between the Bournemouth Dorset and Poole Learning and Skills Council and Poole Adult Learning. The plan outlines key objectives and identifies targets to be achieved by Poole Adult Learning which address local and national priorities in:
-extending participation in education, learning and training
-increasing engagement of employers in workforce development
-raising achievement of young people and adults
-raising the quality of education and training and user satisfaction
