Local Plan - Inspector's Report 2003
Purpose
Further to the Local Plan Inquiry into representations made to the Poole Local Plan First Alteration: Revised Deposit Plan, the Planning Inspector, Mr D. Asher (appointed by the Secretary of State) has released a report of his findings to the Borough of Poole. The Inspector's conclusions and recommendations are based on all the written objections and representations made and on objections made orally at the inquiry which was held in Autumn 2002.
Please note that the Inspector has issued an addendum to his report, regarding his recommendation on Policy T11b: Car Parking Maxima, as contained in paragraphs 7.151 - 7.152, page 63.
