Striving For Excellence - Corporate Strategy Towards 2007 (Produced 2005)

Purpose

This updated document restates the Council's ambitious agenda for change and improvement - it reinforces and builds on the messages we gave in 2004.

The Council's five main priorites remain the same and are supported by our five XL projects and by challenging improvement targets in our Local Public Service Agreement and our Local Area Agreement 'Closing the Gap'. It also identifies the Council's Vision, Mission and Values .
