Purpose
The Poole Bridge Regeneration Area Action Plan focuses on implementing regeneration centred on a second opening bridge. It describes the distribution of new uses and their inter relationships and sets a timetable for the implementation of the proposals. It takes forward principles established in Poole Local Plan First Alteration and Planning and Urban Design Guidance for the Central Area of Poole Supplementary Planning Guidance both adopted in 2004.
