Motorcyling Policy
Purpose
The Council aims to produce policy documents for all forms of transport - this Motorcycle Policy helps to meet this objective and is also an objective of the South East Dorset Local Transport Plan. Amendments were made to the draft Policy in the light of the consultation responses, recent Govt guidance and changes to Poole's Vision, Mission and Core Values. The policy sets out how the needs of powered two wheeler riders are taken into account through other Transportation and wider policies and strategies.
