Purpose
This updated document restates the Council's ambitious agenda for change and improvement - it reinforces the messages we gave last year and builds on them with priorities for improvement.
The Council's five main priorites remain the same and are supported by our five XL projects and by challenging improvement targets in our Local Public Service Agreement and our Local Area Agreement 'Closing the Gap'. It also identifies the Council's Vision, Mission and Values . This year more clarity is shown towards our business efficiency agenda.
