Supplementary Planning Guidance - Affordable Housing

Purpose

The Affordable Housing spg sets out how the Council will negotiate for affordable housing in development schemes. It supplements policies in Poole Local Plan First Alteration adopted March 2004.

Consultation

Consultation was for a period of 6 weeks from 30 October to 12 December 2003

Distribution

Copies can be read in each of the Council's libraries and at the Planning reception area of the Council.
