Poole Local Development Scheme
Purpose
Poole Local Development Scheme is the 3 year rolling programme for the preparation of the planning policy documents for Poole. Planning policies shape Poole’s future – they determine where we live, work, shop and play, how we travel around the Borough and what impact we have on the environment. Some important decisions have to be made about what Poole will look like over the next 15 to 20 years and a series of planning policy documents will be prepared to set out the vision, strategy and planning policies for Poole.
