Licensing Policy - Licensing Act 2003
Purpose
The Borough of Poole has determined its licensing policy for the coming three year period starting from the 7th January 2008. The policy statement explains how Borough of Poole intend to implement the Licensing Act 2003.
The policy statement is not a finite document and the Borough of Poole has a duty to consult and determine the policy every three years. In between the three year period the Council will keep its policy under review and make such revisions as it considers appropriate.
