To support Workforce Planning across the Social Care Sector in Poole & it is a requirement from Department of Health (DOH)
This plan and action plan below (in supporting material 1) are currently work in progress and will be amended as a result of consultation with Borough of Poole staff and the Private & Voluntary Sector during September 2004.
