Supplementary Planning Guidance - Delivering Employment Space In Holes Bay Basin

Purpose

To provide landowners and developers with the background and justification for the provision of employment space within the Poole Bridge Regeneration area, supplemnting policies in the adopted Poole Local Plan First Alteration.

Published for consultation purposes this supplementary planning guidance provides justification for the quantum of employment space that the Council's policies and masterplan seek to deliver within the Poole Bridge Regeneration area.

It should be noted that this SPG is only a draft document and has not progressed beyond the draft stage. However it does provide some useful background information.
