Walkabout Tours
These papers summarise a series of walkabout tours that were carried out in May 2006 and November 2006. These tours gave interested individuals and organisations the chance to tour the Town Centre North area and see first hand some of issues facing the town in terms of design and access & movement and consider emerging options. Feedback from the May tour was used to inform the the preferred masterplan options for the area. Feedback from the November 2006 tour will be used to inform the Area Action Plan when it is submitted to the Secretary of State in Autumn 2007.
