Bins - Damaged or Missing

If your bin is damaged or missing, please use this form. From 29th January 2009 we can only provide small refuse bins to all properties. Please be aware that a new small refuse bin will be provided automatically when either of your bins is missing/damaged. You can request a large recycling bin to increase your recycling capacity. Details of the change of policy can be found at the waste reduction web page. If you have shared bins please complete the damaged communal bin form.

Please remember to leave your bins accessible for the crew and we will endeavour to deliver your bins within 21 days.
