The purpose of our on-line Publication Scheme is to act as a guide to the information that we publish. It details how you can access information, with direct links to specific documents if they are available on-line; the format information is in, and whether we make a charge for the information.
Documents containing the timetable of meetings, the Forward Plan, agendas, reports and minutes of Council, Committee and Sub-committee meetings and memberships of those committees and sub-committees.
Documents or parts of documents that we consider exempt information as defined in the Local Government Act 1972 Sch Documents intended for future publication. Typically, committee, reports, minutes, a plan or policy or other information maybe withheld 12A. Typically information may be withheld if the information relates to legal proceedings or advice, or if disclosure would prejuidice the commercial interests of another person.
