3 Dec 09Celebrate Christmas at Poole Museum
Poole Museum encourages people to get into the Christmas spirit this year with a host of activities taking place on 4 December.
Everyone is invited to join in with decorating the Christmas tree at Poole Museum. We have a variety of decoration ideas for you to make or if you are feeling creative simply design your own!
Cllr Peter Adams, Cabinet Portfolio Holder for Leisure and Culture, Borough of Poole, said: " People who want to join in decorating this year's Christmas tree at Poole Museum should come along to this free event. There is something for people of all ages to enjoy and I would encourage people to come along and take part in the fun."
All the activities are free and all materials are provided. Please feel free to just drop in. It would be wonderful to see you there.
The events will take place as part of the 'Christmas on the Quay' event on 4 December 2009. The Museum and gift shop, which stocks a wide range of token Christmas gifts, will stay open until 8pm and activities will run from 5pm until 8pm.
Merry Christmas from all at Poole Museum.
