Borough of Poole Update Telephone Lines

During the weekend of 12 and 13 January 2008, the Council will be migrating their telephone lines to a new supplier. This work is being completed to provide best value services and efficiency savings for the Council and our customers.

On Saturday 12 January between 11.00am and 2.00pm most council telephone numbers will not be available, this includes the Contact Centre, Libraries (including Heath Point), Poole Housing Partnership's freephone number and the Benefit Fraud-line.

Further disruptions to the telephone lines are possible throughout this weekend period. 

Borough of Poole apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
