Try Out A New Skill Or Hobby For Free!

Borough of Poole is offering free courses as part of Adult Learners’ Week running from 19 – 25 May.

Poole Adult Learning and Poole Libraries are running over twelve taster courses to be held in libraries throughout the Borough. The courses are open to everyone in Poole and they are all free!

Most popular courses include:

• Computer courses - basic graphics and IT confidence building
• Art and crafts - watercolours, glass painting, bead crafts, silk painting, card making and art history.
• Reflexology and Indian Head Massage
• Family history

Jenny Oliver, Reading and Learning Librarian, Borough of Poole, said: “This is a fun way to have a go at a new hobby or skill. People may discover talents and skills they never knew they had!”
