New Look Library Catalogue Goes Live!

Ever had difficulty finding what you want on Poole’s Library catalogue?  The new improvements to the online catalogue will make life simpler for Poole library users.

The new system includes enhanced features such as:

• Clearer screens with step-by-step instructions making it easier for you to check the availability of items, and request them \n
• Advanced search capability  \n
• Extensive ‘My Account’ facility to keep you up-to-date with your library service, offering detailed information on charges, what you have borrowed recently, and reservations \n
• Capability to renew all your items on loan in one go*

The catalogue is free for all to use but to access the ‘My Account’ facility you will need your library card number and your PIN.

*It is not necessary to renew hired items such as DVDs, videos and CDs - you just pay for the extra time when you bring them back.
