200th New Kitchen For Council Resident

Poole Housing Partnership (PHP) and partnering contractor MITIE have recently completed their 200th kitchen replacement.

The kitchen replacements are part of Poole Housing Partnership's massive reinvestment programme, which will bring all of Poole's council homes up to the Decent Homes standard by 2010.

Mrs Mabel Davis from Canford Heath was the recipient of the landmark kitchen.  She was invited to a celebratory event, on 16th June, with representatives and staff from MITIE and Poole Housing Partnership , where she was presented with a bouquet of flowers by MITIE' s Contract Manager, Mark Fleetwood.

Poole Housing Partnership's Contract Administrator for the kitchen contract, Russell Evans, says, "Reaching this landmark with the kitchen installations just goes to show how quickly and efficiently we are progressing with the works to modernise people's homes.  We have received a lot of positive customer feedback from residents.  People are very satisfied with their new kitchen and pleased with the high standard of customer service and professionalism they've received from the team at MITIE ."
