The Mayors are back in town

The Mayor of Poole, Cllr Mrs Judy Butt, is set to welcome Mayors from neighbouring Dorset Authorities, when she hosts her annual Civic Day on Friday 1st September.

The event promises to be an unforgettable day with a full and varied itinerary which includes: a trip around Poole Quay, Poole Park and Old Town Poole on the Poole Land Train, a tour and lunch at Upton Country House and a privileged visit to Brownsea Castle.

It is expected that the Mayors of 18 different Local Authorities will be in attendance - including those from Bournemouth, Christchurch, Wimborne , Dorchester and Wandsworth.

We would like to welcome the attending Civic Dignitaries in advance of their visit and very much hope that they enjoy the many beautiful sights of our town.
