Celebrate Easter in Poole Town Centre

Poole Town Centre Management would like to invite you and your family to Celebrate Easter in Poole Town Centre and be part of the Dolphin Shopping Centre Easter Hops extravaganza.

This Easter, town centre events will include Farmer Palmer’s Animal Road Show in Falkland Square on the 24 March to 3 April who will be bringing spring lambs, bunnies and guinea pigs. Also, Beales Easter Bunny Hunt will be on in the Beales department store from the 21 March to 1 April and Les Olseaux street entertainers will be performing on the 26 March, along with Fairy Floriblunda Bloomer and Norbert Nudgebucket on the 1 and 2 April.

The Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra – Out & About will be playing in Falkland square on 31 March after 12pm, plus a Make and Take Art Easter project on 29 and 30 March in Falkland square for children to join in and be creative. Marks and Spencer are offering a Hamper to the winner of their colouring competition plus a prize draw to win a fabulous £60 chocolate Easter Egg. Plus, Angelina Ballerina and Scooby Doo will be dropping in at the Dolphin shopping centre – it’s all happening in Poole Town Centre and it’s all free!

Poole High Street will also host two fantastic markets. The Continental Market on Good Friday to Easter Monday will take place along the High Street where professional market traders will be selling high quality products from various countries including France, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Austria and Spain. The High street will also be transformed into a sea of colour on Friday 1 April to Sunday 3 April with the Gardeners’ Festival Market. The market will provide all the equipment and flowers you need for your spring gardening at special prices.

Churches Together in Poole are also offering events for the community to get involved with. Enjoy a sensory journey through the events of Holy week with the Passion Promenade from Monday 21 March to Good Friday at the Salvation Army, New Orchard. Bookings are advisable please call 01202 681428.

An open air service of witness will be held on Good Friday starting at 10am at Boones Hardware shop concluding in Falkland square led by the Salvation Army Band. To finish the celebration, there will be a Easter Day songs of praise on Sunday 27 March at 3pm in Falkland square.
