16 Nov 05Poole’s Park and Ride returns for Christmas
The Borough of Poole will be repeating its successful Christmas Park and Ride service again this year.

Shamrock Buses will operate on the four Saturdays before Christmas – December 3, 10, 17 and 24th. Buses will leave the Creekmoor Park and Ride site from 8am every 15 minutes. At just a ten minute ride straight into the town centre users will avoid all those car park queues.
Bargain fares will again be available on the bus – adults are just £1 return and up to two accompanied children can travel free. Don’t forget kids love a bus ride and the views of Holes Bay from the top of the double decker are great!
Cllr Ron Parker, Cabinet Portfolio Holder for the Local Economy, Borough of Poole, said: "This is great news for shoppers. Park and Ride is a fast and convenient method of reaching our town centre in the busy run up to Christmas. Shamrock Buses have frozen the fares this year and £1 return is a real bargain. I hope many shoppers and visitors to Poole will take advantage."
