Residents Open Day and PHP Plus Launch

On 20th September, Poole Housing Partnership (PHP) residents are invited to attend their Open Day at the Lighthouse in Poole.

The first session is at 11:00, until 13:00, with another from 17:00 to 19:00.  Throughout the day, residents will be able drop-in and join in the fun.

What's on offer?

- Treasure hunt to win a family night out at the cinema, courtesy of UCI, Tower Park
- FREE face painting
- Prize draw to win £100 (residents can find their entry form in the Autumn issue of At Home)
- FREE refreshments
- Goodie bags
- Examples of the new kitchens and bathrooms
- Residents will also have the opportunity to meet contractors, members of PHP staff and resident representatives. 

At 12pm, PHP will launch their new rewards scheme, PHP Plus, which recognises and rewards their most responsible residents.  "Snow White" and the "Seven Dwarves" will be there to help launch in the scheme, in which members can win a trip to EuroDisney.

PHP Plus offers a wealth of benefits to members, and application forms will be available for residents to complete, following the launch.

Chief Executive, Joe Logan, says, "We want to encourage as many residents as possible to meet the membership criteria and join PHP Plus.  We spend a lot of time dealing with a small minority of residents who cause anti-social behaviour and don't pay their rent.  PHP Plus looks to change this and focuses on the vast majority of really good people and how we can serve them better."
