Former Poole and World Grand Prix Championship rider Jason Crump will be racing with the Belle Vue Aces this week as will Poole Track specialist Jason Lyons, this could be a tough race - the gauntlet is thrown down and the tape is lifted at 7:30pm. Tuesdays on Poole Quay - CASTROL DREAM MACHINES

Last week, Richard Turner from Bulford won the "Bike of the Night" title after battling it out with hundreds of other bikers that packed the Quay to bursting point. Along with previous winners he stands a chance of winning the Grand Prize of a weekend at Brands Hatch. Season tickets are available or pay £1 on the night. From 6-10pm.

Wednesdays at Poole Stadium - POOLE SPEEDWAY

The Pirates are back this week and they're up against the Manchester based Belle Vue Aces. The tape is lifted at 7:30pm

Alternate Thursdays with a spectacular fireworks finale at 10pm

!!! THIS WEEK !!! SANDS ON THE BEACH - Fitness and fun is the aim this week with Fitness First Circus Circuits and volleyball or tag rugby for those with a more competitive edge. For a little light relief you could be taught how to perform your favourite circus acts from the professionals in a Circus Skills Workshop. Steel band Cool Drummings will be providing the Caribbean sounds to relax to if it all gets a bit much. Over at Shore Road sit back with your cocktails, listen to the live music provided by Pantastic and if you fancy, have a dance to the swinging sounds of Fifth Avenue. To keep you dancing La Plaza and La Brasserie restaurants have a tasty barbecue including Moules, corn-on-cob or for a more exotic flavour try a barbecued banana!

Next week : Oysters Live on the Quay - Live music and gorgeous barbecued food throughout the evening with a fireworks finale.

Fridays - QUAY FOR MY CAR with the Daily Echo

This week the waterfront turns red once more for the third Red Open Top Sports Car evening. Previous models on show have included Ferraris, Jaguars a magnificent MGB Roadster and a Lotus Elise. From 6-10pm.
