CELEBRATING SUCCESS IN POOLE

Over 40 employees from the Borough of Poole will be celebrating their success at a special presentation by the Mayor, Cllr Mrs Joyce Jones tonight.

Forty three of the Borough’s staff have completed qualifications ranging from work based NVQ training to a First Class Honours Degree in Applied Social Studies.

Janice Bowker, Training Officer, Borough of Poole, said: "The Borough of Poole is committed to the development of its employees, supporting them for the benefit of the organisation and the individual. The high level of commitment, hard work and dedication of all individuals who have achieved qualifications is greatly appreciated."

Mayor Cllr Mrs Joyce Jones, said: "This is a real honour to be presenting these awards. A huge amount of hard work and dedication has gone into each one and everyone should be really proud of what they have achieved."
