Poole Achievement Awards 1998

The Borough of Poole invites nominations for the 1998 Poole Achievement Awards.

The closing date for nominations is Friday, 4 December 1998.

The Awards are a continuing commitment by Poole Council to honour people of all ages and from all walks of life for their outstanding achievements and contributions to Poole.

Nominations can be submitted for an individual, organisation, group or business it is thought deserves an Award in recognition of their effort, service, dedication or achievement in making Poole a better place in which to live or work.

The Mayor, Councillor Graham Curtis, said "There are so many people in Poole who deserve recognition and these Awards are an opportunity to thank them for their efforts and achievements".

Individual nominees must live or work in Poole, and organisations and businesses must be located within the Borough. The Awards will be presented at a Civic Reception on 19 February 1999.
