28 Jun 04Anti-Bullying Conference Postponed
The Borough of Poole’s “Making A Difference” Anti-Bullying Conference scheduled to take place at the Bournemouth Education Development Centre on Friday 2 July, has been postponed.
Jane Portman, Chief Adviser, School Advice and Support, Borough of Poole, said: “We have very reluctantly had to postpone the ‘Making A Difference’, Anti-Bullying Conference due to be held on Friday 2 July, to the Autumn term.
“We had hoped to present information from a survey of all our schools on current policy and practice but it has not been possible in the time available to collate the information so as to present it in a meaningful way.
“We will however be re-arranging the conference in the Autumn term to progress this important work.”
