Park and Ride Questions Answered

Have your questions answered about the Creekmoor Park and Ride at special displays for Poole residents available until Friday 22 February.

Detailed information will be on display at Creekmoor and Broadstone libraries where frequently asked questions will be answered such as:

• When will it operate?
• Why was the site chosen?
• How much will it cost?

Comprehensive question and answer sheets will be available for residents to take away.

Chris Francombe, Transport Policy Manager, Borough of Poole said: "We want to reassure residents in Creekmoor that they will be kept informed of what major works are to be done for the Park and Ride scheme. Some residents have been worried about major increases in traffic due to a recent article stating 110,000 cars will use park and ride a week. This figure is wrong, we expect about 400 cars a day which is 2,400 cars in a week."
