Christmas Magic at the Dolphin Centre

With Santa safely in residence in the Dolphin Shopping Centre grotto after the stunning Santa Parade on Sunday (21 November), the Centre can now add the finishing touches to its Christmas decorations and grotto.

An amazing, fully animated Eskimo display set in a magical forest snow scene will be in place in The Plaza later this week. Certain to delight visitors of all ages, the animated Eskimos will sing and dance. The scene even includes a magical wishing well, where visitors can come and make their Christmas wish. The money collected will be donated to Julia's House - Dorset's Children's Hospice Service.

Watch out for the Dolphin Centre Christmas competition where you could win one of three fantastic prizes if you can count the correct number of red baubles on the Christmas tree. Entry forms can be downloaded from www.dolphin-shopping-centre.co.uk and are also available from the Eskimo display in The Plaza. The winners will be drawn at random on Monday 20 December.

Steven Connolly, Dolphin Centre Manager, comments: "We are looking forward to the arrival of our animated Eskimos, which will add those special finishing touches to the Centre's Christmas decorations and ensure they are installed in all their glory, ready for December. The display is sure to delight and entertain the young and old alike and visitors of all ages can enter our Christmas competition."

Santa will be in his grotto seven days a week, from 10am to 5pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, from 10am to 8pm on Thursdays and 10:30 to 4:30pm on Sundays, until Christmas Eve.
