Poole's Town Centre Partnership is pleased to announce the appointment of a new Town Centre Manager for Poole - Helen Crawford.

Helen will join Poole following substantial experience in the management of leisure developments across the country. Locally Helen may be remembered from her time as General Manager at Tower Park, Poole. More recently she has managed a portfolio of 18 similar developments owned by MWB, owners of Tower Park.

Helen Crawford, Poole's Town Centre Manager, said: "With a fantastic platform already in place in Poole I am eager to get started and get stuck in! I look forward to learning about Poole and getting to know the priorities of local businesses and local people. I am excited about the potential that Poole's Town Centre has and look forward to being a part of it."

Roger Boyce, Chair of Poole's Town Centre Partnership, said: "I am delighted that we have Helen joining us and with her look forward to building on and enhancing the excellent schemes already working in Poole Town Centre. We face a challenging time ahead and will be focusing on long-term priorities to ensure the progression of the town for the benefit of local businesses, residents and visitors."

Helen will start in early May 2003 and be will based at Poole Town Centre Management offices in the High Street.
