Poole News For Every Home

The Spring edition of Poole News published by the Borough of Poole will be delivered to homes throughout the area this week. With local elections just around the corner, on 1 May, don’t miss the centre pages which give details of the election and tell you where you can vote.

Paul Morris, Head of Electoral Services, said: "This year voting is easier than ever before - our new style poll cards incorporate a postal vote form and details of the election are clearly printed in Poole News with contact details for our team if you want to find out more. It’s important that you have your vote so get it out and use it!"

Also included in this edition is the full programme of professional, vocational and essential skills courses from Adult Learning in Poole.

Claire Chidley, Head of Culture & Community Learning Services, said: "After the success of the Autumn programme, which was featured in Poole News, we’ve decided to continue using it to promote our exciting range of courses. Advertising our extensive range of professional and vocational courses this way means we reach Poole residents direct. There’s something for everyone so give us a call on freephone 0800 389 8332 to find out more!"

Along with local news and information from across the Borough, including a breakdown of the budget, don’t miss the fantastic readers offer of 2 for 1 at six of Poole’s top ‘Taste’ restaurants.

For those who have sight impairment, Poole News can be supplied on tape, just let us know the name and address and a copy can be mailed free of charge.

Poole News is published three times a year to help keep Poole residents and businesses informed about news from the Council plans for the future.
