Individual Touristik Poole (ITP) has become the only Guest House in Dorset to be awarded the highest accolade by the English Tourism Council, the 5 Diamond Gold Award. They join a select group of only 36 similar establishments in the UK to receive the prestigious Gold grading.

Being the only Guest House in Dorset to gain a Five Diamond Gold Award shows the commitment to excellence shown by owner Renate Wadham: "We have worked very hard for this award, we pride ourselves in offering a select accommodation for those seeking something special, which this award reflects."

The five diamond rating reflects the excellent level of quality with a degree of luxury, quality furniture, beautiful interior design and customer care. The Gold award is only awarded to establishments that not only achieve the overall quality required for their rating, but also reach the highest level of quality in areas that guests identify as being really important for them.
