The Quay will be packed full of bikes, bikers and visitors - if you’ve got a ‘Dream Machine’ to show off then bring it down to the Quay this Tuesday and compete for the ‘Bike of the Year’. Entry is £1 and season tickets are available for £5. The event finishes at 10pm.

A south coast battle is on the cards this week as Poole Pirates take on the Eastbourne Eagles, the eagles are flying high at the top of the Elite League this year and this is the last Sky Sports Elite League Match before the play-offs in September.

!!! THIS WEEK !!! Sands on the beach - This is it the grand finale to the longest summer of fun on Sandbanks and Shore Road beaches - you’d be mad to miss out. There are plenty of events crammed in to this night to keep everyone smiling for hours. Start with the Fitness First Circus Circuit, followed by a cool drink at the Sands Brasserie or the Thistle Hotel beach bar and take in the Samba/Latin vibes of ‘Mango Santa Maria’. If you fancy a bit of barbershop listen out for the Southern Union Chorus.

Samba band ‘Pannelini Do Samba’ will be performing alongside ‘Fifth Avenue’ at Sandbanks Hotel. If all this leaves you feeling a little peckish then sample the barbecue of Taste 2002 at La Plaza and La Brasserie restaurants. The last fireworks of the year will begin at 10pm so come on down and celebrate this fantastic events finale!

The Quay gets a little clever this week as it SMARTens up for the night. The cars that can fit into almost any space will be at the Quay from 6pm-10pm. This is also the last QUAY FOR MY CAR of the season so if you haven’t seen a SMART car yet - now’s your chance!
