Shining motorbikes, Pirates doing battle, mountain bikes going to head-to-head in a bunny hop high jump contest and Beetle infestation at Poole Quay! What else but the fabulous line-up for this weeks T2F and that’s what’s on offer before the fireworks start!
- Tuesdays on Poole Quay – CASTROL DREAM MACHINES
The Quay is braced and everyone knows to expect a good time when the bikers ride into town. Every night so far has been a massive success and thousands of bikers would agree, come down this week and see for yourself. The road will be closed from 6-10pm and bike entry is £1, season tickets are available for £5.
- Wednesdays at Poole Stadium - POOLE SPEEDWAY
This week the Pirates, at fourth position are back at the Stadium to battle it out against the Wolverhampton Wolves who are currently at number two - it’s an essential match for the Poole Pirates, one which they are determined to win. Come down and support them at the Speedway - the tape lifts at 7:30pm.
- Alternate Thursdays with a spectacular fireworks finale at 10pm
!!! THIS WEEK !!! Sands on the beach - This week the Animal Mountain Bike UK (MBUK) show team are back at Sandbanks beach to show us why they are the best. British Trial Champion 2001, Martyn Ashton will be performing some extraordinary bike skills and Steve Geall will be attempting to jump a Mitsubishi Animal truck, sure to get hearts racing. Also at the event this week is the Fitness First Circus Circuit, the Southern Union Chorus - performing against a background of refreshments from the Thistle Hotel and "Cool Drumming" providing their steel band vibes.
Down at Shore Road soak up the magic of "Mango Santa Maria" whilst enjoying Poole’s Festival of Food - ‘Taste 2002’ at La Plaza and La Brasserie restaurants. Cocktails will be available at the Sandbanks Hotel as will the band "5th Avenue" as well as all this energetic street performers will be present at both venues. The fireworks finale starts at 10pm and as ever promises to be a brilliant display!

- Fridays - QUAY FOR MY CAR with the Daily Echo
It’s time for Beetle Mania again at Poole Quay. The night, sponsored by Breeze Volkswagen, has been a massive success featuring Beetles new and old from across the UK. If you’ve got a Beetle to show off or if you want to have a look at what is on offer visit the Quay from 6pm, the road re-opens at 10pm.
