T2F Events reign supreme

Another week, another action packed set of events in Poole with the T2F Longest Summer. Speedway is gearing up to the qualifying rounds, the Bike of the Year is only weeks away and the fireworks finales continue to bring in the crowds. With the luxury red open top sports car evening on Friday, this week promises to be as successful as ever.

    Tuesdays on Poole Quay – CASTROL DREAM MACHINES

Yet again the Quay is prepared for another Dream Machines night with hundreds of proud Bike owners bringing their magnificent models to Poole. The roads will be closed from 6pm-10pm and tickets are available on the night for £1 or season tickets can be purchased for £5.

    Wednesdays at Poole Stadium - POOLE SPEEDWAY

The Pirates are set to battle the Kings Lynn Knights from Norfolk on Wednesday night, replacing Tony whilst he is at a domestic meet in Sweden is 2000 World Champion Rider, Marl Loram. On Monday, 5 August, Poole Speedway will be hosting the qualifying rounds of the Speedway World Cup, for tickets call 0870 4000 700. Tapes up at 7:30pm on both nights.

    Alternate Thursdays with a spectacular fireworks finale at 10pm

!!! THIS WEEK !!! Sands on the beach - "Pantastic" will be providing the steel band tunes at the Sandbanks venue with drinks on offer at the Thistle Hotel. The fire brigade are on hand to demonstrate how to cope with domestic fires and the Fitness First Circus Circuit will be taking care of your health but with a good dose of fun at the same time.

"Cool Drummings" will be on hand providing the music for the Caribbean themed evening at Shore Road. Sit back and relax at Sandbanks Hotel, drink cocktails and sample the barbecue whilst enjoying the sounds of "Fifth Avenue". As Taste 2002 hits Poole, this evening provides the perfect opportunity to sample Mussels in white wine and garlic sauce, Corn on the cob or Cajun chicken wraps. To end the evening enjoy the fabulous fireworks finale from 10pm!

    Fridays - QUAY FOR MY CAR with the Daily Echo

Red open top sports cars are the main event at ‘Quay For My Car’ this Friday. Many gorgeous vehicles including MGs, Jaguars, BMWs and even the occasional Lotus have been attracted to this event so far. Come down to the Quay on Friday to see what beauties are lined up for this night. The road is closed from 6pm and re-opens at 10pm.
