Further to our previous press release advising of some disruption to services in Poole, please note the following:

• Turlin Moor Community Middle School will now be closed and parents are currently being advised. The school building will be open with some staff on the premises for children whose parents have been unable to make alternative arrangements due to the short notice. An appropriate programme of school activities will be organised.
• Limited services due to reductions in staff will be available on Planning, Housing, Revenues or Housing Benefits queries and anyone making enquiries should expect delays in service.
• Housing & Community Services, based at the Civic Centre will be closed to public enquiries.
• Children & Families Services Reception at 14A Commercial Road, will be closed to visiting members of the public however telephone enquiries will be dealt with.

Members of the public are advised that normal services may be disrupted during the strike and that anyone contacting the Council on the 17 July could face delays.
