Department of Health User Survey on Equipment and Minor Adaptations

In February 2008 Poole Social Services issued a questionnaire to clients who had received a piece of equipment or a minor adaptation to their home in the last 4 months of 2007.

The aim of the survey was to find out how satisfied people were with the equipment or adaptation and how the equipment had affected their quality of life.

We would like to say a big "thank you" to everyone who returned the completed questionnaire. We issued over 900 and had a fantastic 71% return rate. We will be informing those who took part with the results of the survey later in the summer.
