Bourne Valley Park
A project commenced early in September 2006, with Leisure Services working together with the Bourne Stream Partnership, Wessex Water and others to introduce landscape and environmental improvements to a large, but under-used open space at Alderney.
Work was completed in October 2007 with the release of 500 fish into the new fishing lake, and the renaming of the open space to 'Bourne Valley Park'.
