Upton House is an ideal venue for conferences, training courses, seminars, meetings, team building days, dinners, buffets, receptions and exhibitions for up to 100 people.

Delegate Rates start from £18.50 including buffet lunch & refreshments (minimum of 25 persons). Please note that VAT will be charged on catering, (not on room hire or delegate rate).
Refreshments (tea, coffee and biscuits) will be charged at £1.20 per person (except for delegate rate)
- Full Day Hire is from 8.30am to 6pm
- AM hire is from 8.30am to 1pm
- PM hire is from 1pm to 6pm
- Evening hire is from 6pm to 9pm
When making your booking you will be asked to specify your preferred room layout e.g Theatre, Horseshoe, Classroom and Conference style. The furniture available consists of:
- 130 chairs (approximately)
- 16 - 2'6" x 2'6" tables
- 10 - 5'0" x 2'6" tables
- 4'6" x 2'6" tables
- double ended meeting tables
- quadrant links
- 4'0" x 2'0" coffee tables

Please note that bookings will only be taken up to a year in advance.

Catering Service
There is an on-site catering service, who will provide all catering needs Monday to Friday during normal office hours. However, if they are unable to fulfil your needs, we will arrange catering for you on your request and have a number of established and reliable caterers providing a wide range of quality products to suit all client needs. We also provide a full refreshment service, including tea, coffee, biscuits and mineral water.
Please note, the house does not permit self catering.
