What Information Is Required

When providing us with the information about your baby and yourselves it is important that it is recorded in the register correctly. The Registrar will be making every effort to ensure we "get it right first time" and a few extra minutes spent at this time can prevent a problems later.

Once your registration is completed you will receive a free short birth certificate.
