Democratic Services
We provide a wide range of support services to the Borough of Poole as well as operating a number of key public functions delivered direct to the community.
Support Services include legal advice, organising the Council meetings and democratic functions, post, couriers and storage facilities and a print and design service.
Public services operated by the Unit include the Poole Register Office, Electoral Registration and Local Land Charges.
Most of the Unit is located in the Civic Centre with the exception of the Print Unit who are based at Newtown and the Register Office, who are based at the newly refurbished Guildhall.
