Employability Mentoring project

We recognise that many employers feel that school leavers are not ‘work ready’.  Equally many young people feel unprepared for work.  Poole Council in collaboration with national charity Young Enterprise have established a programme in 6 of Poole’s secondary schools to help prepare our young people for the transition from school to work.
