Poole Lifeline Equipment

Each Poole Lifeline unit is used in conjunction with your existing telephone. It provides two-way voice conversation between you and the operator  

Each Lifeline unit provides you with a pendant which you must keep with you whenever you are at home on your own. You can wear it in three ways:

Lifeline pendant
  • hung on a cord around your neck
  • clipped on your clothing
  • on a wrist strap

There are two types of Lifeline unit:

  • Lifeline 3000 incorporates a telephone combined with an emergency alarm
  • Lifeline 1000 is an alarm which can be used in conjunction with your existing telephone, this is suitable for people with a specially adapted telephone

Infra Red detectors, detect any movement in your property within their range and will alert you. Your panic button that you keep on you will alert the Control Centre. These are easy to use systems and are installed in minutes, all that is needed is an electric socket and a telephone point.
