Please refer to the download on the right hand side of this page which shows the type of properties you will be eligible for. Please note that you may fall into more that one category.
Please only bid for properties where your household size fits the eligibility criteria. Exceptions to this on medical, welfare and those under occupying can be made, requests should be submitted to the Housing Needs Team in writing.
Please do not bid for a property for which you are not eligible for, it will be a wasted bid.

Please note the following:
- Properties with gardens will ordinarily only be offered to families with children under 14 years old, unless there is a medical or social requirement for a garden.
- Bungalows will only be offered where there is a proven medical requirement for such accommodation.
- Single people or couples who have staying access for their child/children on a weekly basis are entitled to apply for two bedroom flats in the high-rise blocks in Poole and Sterte. In order to prove eligibility, please provide us with either a copy of the residence order that backs this arrangement or the parent with whom the child /children normally stay should provide written confirmation of arrangements
- All properties are let unfurnished.
We ask that applicants respect the privacy of the families living in those properties by not approaching them to request private viewings. Anyone who is found to be approaching occupier of properties advertise through HomeChoice will have their application suspended for 6 months
