New Housing Developments In Poole
Over the forthcoming years there will be a number of new housing developments in Poole. These will be affordable housing and consist of mix of affordable rented units and low cost home ownership.
All the rented units will be advertised through the HomeChoice scheme and the low cost homeownership through MyPlace

The following new developments are scheduled to complete in 2009:
Sterte Development through Knightstone Housing Association
Planning permission has been gratned on a major residential site at Sterte in Poole.
Building works will commence in summer 2008 but when finished, the development will provide 44 new homes with a mixture of affordable rent and New Build HomeBuy (shared ownership), all of which will be built to EcoHomes 'very good' standard.
The project includes three houses and a seven-storey block providing a total of 44 affordable dwellings that will accommodate over 100 people. The scheme is due to be completed at the end of 2009.
