Our benefit advisors can help you and give you advice on whether you could claim Housing and Council Tax benefits or you can get an estimate of your possible benefit entitlement using the Department of Work and Pensions' online Benefits Advisor .

If you would like advice about your entitlement, please call our Benefits Helpline on 01202 633114  alternatively you can see an advisor at our public counter at the Civic Centre, Poole.

If you are applying for these benefits it would be advisable to provide all required documentary evidence at the time of applying, if possible (see page 3 of the application form for details), but don't delay giving us your form today. If you don't have all the documents we can give you time to get those; it is important we get your completed claim form as soon as possible.
