Do you provide a service or activity that contributes to the
quality of life for the Residents of Poole?
Between 2nd September and 26th of November 2010 we are welcoming applications, from voluntary and community groups, for this years Community Grants Process 2010 / 2011.
Please download and read the 'Eligibility Criteria' Guidance Notes before completing and sending us your Application Form. (These documents can be found on the top right hand side of this page).
Please note that the Grant Scheme for 2011/12 is currently under review.
The closing date for 2011 / 2012 Grant applications is:
4:45pm on Friday 26th November 2010
Please note: Any application forms received after the closing date will not be considered in the Grants Process and will be returned directly to your organisation.
To support your bid and to assist us in allocating our funds fairly and consistently we advise you consult the eligibility criteria carefully, answer all questions in full and provide any necessary documentation, as requested, with your application form.
We are committed to developing relationships with voluntary and community organisations working across Poole to help us deliver our vision and priorities for the town (as set out in our Corporate Strategy). Some of these relationships have existed for many years and have a proven track record of success; others might be new relationships that have developed to address a specific local need. Whichever is the case we recognise that in some situations the voluntary and community sector are much better placed to meet the needs of Poole Residents than direct council services.
