Power Station Site, Hamworthy

A revised Planning Application has been submitted to the Authority by JJ Gallagher for the 13 hectare disused power station site in Hamworthy. Plans to build up to 1,674 homes, 4,000 square metres of commercial premises, community facilities and open space are being considered by the Planning Design and Control Unit.

Due to the complexity and scale of the application and the importance of this site, it is anticipated that it may be some time before a decision is reached.
